Installation Instructions

Insert the end of the pipe into the head without the rubber ring and put a circular mark to determine the distance between the head and the tail.

The rubber ring as well as the inner surface of the wellhead shaft shall be cleaned thoroughly (fig.1)
For easy installation, follow the steps shown in (fig.2)

Clean the abrasive side (the end of the pipe) to remove any objects or grease stuck by cleaning fluid and then put the ring in the cavity as picture 3.

Paint the part beveled with soapy liquid or vegetable grease and also put a small quantity of the same liquid outside the ring rubber
only circularly and accurately to facilitate the installation processing.

The head and tail are placed on one upright and paid in one movement to complete the installation process. Large dimensions greater than 280mm, a machine is used to insert the end of the pipe into the head.
